An industry thought leader, Monica often writes and speaks about innovative HR technology, executive leadership, DEI, and career development. She also talks about leading with courage and conviction but also with compassion and humanity.
Colin leads the Starcircle’s Commercial Team with an aim of advising, enabling and empowering our clients to find the best talent, reduce hiring friction, and guide strategic decision making. He has the responsibility for strategic direction and engagement quality control for our portfolio of clients.
Colin is an experienced Management Consultant with a demonstrated history of leading projects and operations across the; Talent, Search & Staffing, and Technology industries. Colin is skilled in strategy development, digital transformation project delivery, talent acquisition, talent analytics, and data storytelling.
